2.2 — One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If bs334 detects a violation of this rule, the additional accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 — Accurate Information
You are required to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 — Payment Methods
bs334 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
3.2 — Minimum Limits
Minimum deposit for all payment methods: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this may take longer if a verification process is ongoing or a special review is required.
3.3 — Withdrawal Terms
Your identity may be verified before a withdrawal is completed. Deposited funds will be returned via the same payment method used, unless bs334 approves otherwise. If any bonus wagering requirement on your account has not been met, winnings derived from that bonus cannot be withdrawn.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at bs334, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more adds the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total to ৳62,000.
4.2 — Wagering Requirement
A wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = after placing ৳10,000 in bets, earnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 — General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers apply only to accounts that meet the eligibility criteria.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- bs334 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- Using bots or automated software to claim bonus benefits will result in account closure.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will be treated as fraud.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 — Bet Acceptance
All bets are considered accepted after technical verification. bs334 reserves the right to void bets placed due to system errors or incorrect information. Once a bet is confirmed, the user cannot change or cancel it, unless bs334 offers a cash-out option.
5.2 — Match & Event Cancellation
If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or altered in an unforeseen way, the associated bets will be settled in accordance with bs334's policy. In most such cases the original stake is refunded, though specific conditions may apply depending on the circumstances.
5.3 — Match Fixing & Fraud
Betting through match fixing, use of insider information, or any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
VIP Program & Cashback Policy
6.1 — VIP Tiers
bs334's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
6.2 — VIP Tier Advancement & Cashback Terms
Users have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation on the platform. Cashback is paid each week within a set timeframe. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback received; separate terms will be stated with each cashback offer. bs334 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time.
Account Security & Privacy
7.1 — Password Protection
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. bs334 will not be responsible for any activity carried out by an unauthorised person.
